We're looking for an experienced and motivated
Person in Charge (PIC)
to lead high-quality residential services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
This is more than just a management role — it's an opportunity to shape lives.
You'll lead dedicated teams, oversee residential centres, and empower individuals to live with dignity, choice, and independence every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the day-to-day operations of residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act ****
Driving the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements
Inspiring, supporting, and developing staff teams to thrive
Building strong relationships with families, multidisciplinary teams, and key stakeholders
Championing best practice in care planning, risk management, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
Nursing Degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) OR a Level 8 Degree in Social Care
At least 3 years' management experience in health or social care
A recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ)
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governance
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
Full eligibility to work in Ireland
