Role
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing excellent advice and support, and working closely with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities
* Building relationships with existing and new customers
* Receiving and processing customer orders
* Providing advice and support relating to customer issues and queries, deliveries, order queries, inventory etc
* Assisting the quality department with claim processing
* Maintaining various reports relevant to the department
* General administration duties as required
Essential Criteria
* Fluency in Polish language is preferable but not essential; any additional Eastern European language would be beneficial
* Good standard of both spoken and written English
* Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
* The successful candidate would ideally have a qualification in Business or a related discipline together with 2/3 years' experience in a customer service / telesales environment, along with supervisory experience
* Experience within the manufacturing industry would be advantageous
* Strong customer focus
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
* Knowledge of ERP system is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
Terms & Conditions
* Working week: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch
