Procurement Officer Role Overview
This permanent, full-time Procurement Officer position involves working in a fully office-based environment with the option to transition to a hybrid model after the probation period.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparing and issuing tender and contract enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors in line with specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities at both stages;
* Reviewing and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, including detailed cost analyses;
* Raising purchase orders to suppliers and maintaining accurate procurement records;
* Researching new materials and suppliers for design improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
