Opportunity to take ownership of the finance function
Our client, a well‑established and growing organisation based in Dublin, is seeking to appoint a Part-Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) and is looking to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
Assist with statutory reporting and preparation of audit files.
Perform account reconciliations, including bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide analysis and commentary on financial performance to assist decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc projects as required.
Key Requirements
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years’ relevant accounting/finance experience.
Strong Excel and IT skills; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
