Sales Insurance Advisor Role
This role involves obtaining sales within personal lines and commercial side of the business.
* Prospect and upsell products to establish new client accounts.
* Address customer queries and refer unresolved or technical queries to relevant departments.
* Complete necessary industry qualifications and professional development hours as required.
* Be flexible and participate in various office tasks.
* Renewal follow-ups and revisions, identifying sales opportunities, cover/rate improvements, as needed.
Key skills required: APA or CIP qualified, professional development in line with minimum competency requirements, sales and customer service experience, previous insurance/financial services experience preferred, excellent communication skills, passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
