What This Role Offers Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 DOE Hybrid working model with strong work-life balance Company pension scheme Private healthcare insurance Opportunity to take full ownership of employer branding strategy and campaigns Exposure to large-scale, multi-site recruitment across a national retail network Work within a well-established and growing supermarket group Strong career development and progression opportunities Opportunity to work on high-impact projects with real visibility across the business Collaborative and fast-paced working environment Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across the business Coordinate employer presence at careers fairs, university events, and industry initiatives Work with marketing agencies on campaigns, content creation, and brand positioning Support the delivery of targeted recruitment campaigns including graduate and early careers programmes Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to support recruitment needs across multiple sites Organise and support recruitment processes including interviews and assessment centres Coordinate content creation including video, social media, and promotional materials Support internal engagement initiatives and employer brand ambassador programmes Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement The Ideal Candidate: Experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or a similar HR/marketing role Minimum of 1 years' experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Third level qualification in HR or a related discipline is desirable Full clean driving licence is essential Strong project management and organisational skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience working with external agencies is an advantage This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering valuable experience within a high-volume supermarket environment and potential future opportunities.
