Job Title: Mechanical Facilities Specialist
Are you a skilled mechanical professional with experience in facilities management? Do you have a passion for ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations of utilities, facilities, and equipment?
We are seeking a Mechanical Facilities Technician to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the mechanical infrastructure of the site, maintaining and supporting mechanical systems including water systems chilled water condensate towns water boilers chillers cooling towers steam distribution low-pressure hot water door management.
* Main responsibilities include routine inspections preventative maintenance troubleshooting repairs upgrading modifications project activities.
The ideal candidate will have trade qualification or Mechanical Engineering qualification minimum of 10 years experience in facilities/utilities management within GMP regulated environments extensive knowledge of mechanical systems strong troubleshooting abilities good communication skills.
