Quality Assurance Manager Position
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the implementation of our quality management program, ensuring that our food products consistently meet and exceed quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Program: Design and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Lead Quality Control Team: Supervise and lead a team of quality control professionals in monitoring and evaluating product quality throughout the production process.
* Monitor Product Quality: Regularly inspect and monitor product quality at various stages of production to identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain Quality Standards: Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
* Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Education and Experience: Qualification in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field, and/or proven experience in quality management within the food manufacturing industry.
* Familiarity with Regulations: Familiarity with food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., HACCP, GMP, BRC).
* Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
* Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address quality-related issues.
