Are you a self-motivated, target-driven sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow through creative marketing solutions? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading B2B & E-Commerce brand, supporting companies across Cork/ Little Island with their branding, promotional and print requirements.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-established portfolio of B2B clients while driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach. This is a fast-paced, performance-focused role that requires a dynamic, adaptable individual who thrives on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of customer projects – across print, promotional products, signage, digital and design. Relationship-building, project management, and a strong understanding of the sales process will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage clients through in-person meetings, calls, emails, and video conferencing
* Grow and retain an existing portfolio of B2B customers while consistently winning new business
* Identify and convert leads from multiple sources, including daily email outreach
* Oversee the delivery of client projects, liaising closely with production and supplier teams
* Ensure all sales activity is accurately recorded on the CRM and business management system
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Support wider team initiatives and contribute to overall business success
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar B2B sales role, ideally with a proven track record in exceeding targets
* Experience in Print, Promotional Products, Signage or Design is a strong advantage, though not essential
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and closing skills
* Strong customer focus and professional persistence
* Confident using Microsoft Office tools; comfortable extracting data and running sales reports
* Knowledge of ISO standards and an understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental protocols
* Full, clean driving licence and fluency in English
