We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our clients' team in Dublin. This role will support the design, configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors modules for clients across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital HR transformation and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead configuration, implementation, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, RCM, etc).
2. Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
3. Manage end-to-end project activities including scoping, blueprinting, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
4. Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and SuccessFactors functionality.
5. Produce high-quality documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Requirements:
6. 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
7. Certification in one or more modules (., Employee Central, Recruiting, PMGM, LMS, .
8. Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS best practices.
9. Experience in full lifecycle implementations.
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
11. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional project teams.
