Business Systems Director Job
We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Director to lead the implementation and facilitation of our Business System on site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful adoption of the Business System.

Key Responsibilities:
* Accelerate results in SQDIC by leveraging business system tools and providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
* Develop a Business System roadmap with senior leadership to meet PD/KPI requirements and ensure sustainability.
* Plan cost-saving projects and sustain kaizen results aligned with top-down objectives.
* Provide formal and informal training and coaching on Business System principles and practices.
* Conduct a productive kaizen funnel against Business System KPI goals with a functional team and ensure sustainment.
* Ensure scorecard and KPI effectiveness and alignment with leadership and HR.
* Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the organization, providing expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them.
* Promote and facilitate associate development in various Business System tools, lean production, and kaizen leadership.
Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain.
* BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert in biopharmaceutical operations.
* Ability to promote synergy across functions and handle conflict effectively.
* Ability to influence others at all levels in the organization (up and down).
* Must deliver sustainable results.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Understand how to leverage followership and leadership to drive sustainable change.
* Familiarity with various manufacturing process technologies.
* Hands-on experience implementing Business Systems in a line management role.
* Proficiency in time and project management.
