Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable individual to join our operations team as a Logistics and Supply Chain Operations Specialist.
The successful candidate will bring previous experience in shipping, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Accurately process outgoing shipments in a timely manner.
* Oversee packing, verification, and safe dispatch of goods.
* Manage incoming deliveries, returns, and stock transfers.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
* Coordinate international shipments, including preparation of export paperwork and compliance checks.
* Partner with management to enhance shipping and logistics processes.
* Uphold a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing or eCommerce environment.
* Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation.
* Familiarity with customs procedures, VAT/tax, and export regulations.
* Experience working with major shipping carriers.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proven ability to handle high shipping volumes while meeting strict deadlines.
* Computer literacy (Excel/Google Sheets, Word).
* Ability to safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (waist height).
