We are currently recruiting for an experienced Catering Supervisor for our client based in Cork City.
You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of food services and ensuring that all catering activities meet high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the café catering service.
Organising stock for events functions.
This is a hands-on role with the ability to adapt to this busy daily environment.
Ensure the timely and efficient preparation and delivery of meals, ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained.
Monitor food hygiene practices and health & safety regulations are always adhere to.
Liaise with the unit manager.
Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control and ordering supplies.
Handle any issues or complaints, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.
Managing daily emails and daily orders.
The Ideal Catering Supervisor One years experience in a catering supervisory or management role, ideally within a corporate catering, Hotels or Restaurants.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations.
A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service.
