Accounting Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled accounting specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in preparation and management of accounts, input into and assisting with the office work plan, management of multiple jobs ensuring key objectives are delivered as required and in a timely manner, and client relationship management ensuring client service level expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage financial records and statements
* Assist in developing and implementing business plans and strategies
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Maintain excellent relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality services
Candidate Requirements:
* 5 years' experience in accounting or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in SAGE or related accounting software
* Experience with payroll packages and VAT, PAYE, RCT, CRO, IT & CT returns
* Agricultural background/knowledge is an advantage
