Key HR Role
The primary objective of this position is to oversee and manage day-to-day human resources operations, drive employee engagement, and foster people development within the organisation.
This role requires a seasoned HR professional with experience in administration, employee relations, and team management.
* Ensure timely responses to employee queries and maintain compliance with employment law.
* Coordinate training initiatives and support disciplinary processes as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in HR Management, a minimum of three years' experience, and strong knowledge of Irish employment law, along with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
