We are looking for a driven and high-performing Inside Sales Specialist / Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, targets-focused, and experienced in handling full sales cycles—from prospecting and qualification to closing and account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, product demos, negotiations, and closing.
* Manage and nurture assigned inbound and outbound leads.
* Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
* Maintain a strong pipeline and update CRM with accurate notes and deal stages.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
* Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and client communications professionally.
* Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and management to align on sales strategy.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage post-sale handover when required.
Requirements
* 1–3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, AE, Closer, or B2B/B2C phone-based sales roles.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
* Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
* Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
* Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple deals.
* Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience selling SaaS, education, services, or digital products.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Ability to run product demos and explain features clearly.
