Red Chair Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury watch service centre. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Watchmaker with a passion for high-end horology.
In this role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, servicing, and repair of premium watch brands, ensuring all timepieces are restored to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise across mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements, and will work in line with manufacturer guidelines using specialised tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, service, and repair luxury watches to manufacturer standards
* Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble watch movements
* Replace components and carry out water resistance testing
* Maintain accurate and detailed service and repair records
* Provide professional advice on watch care and maintenance
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Watchmaker, ideally with luxury watch brands
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements
* Proficiency in the use of specialised watchmaking tools and equipment
* Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship
* Horology certification (WOSTEP, BHI, AWCI) is desirable
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
