 
        
        Customer Service Specialist - Evening Shift required for a well established company in Galway city.
Hours of work - 5pm to 1am, Monday to Friday - Shift Premium paid.
Responsibilities:
 * Respond promptly to Brand Partner and Customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
 * Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions and account issues.
 * Handle product complaints, ensuring a prompt resolution in line with company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
 * Provide clear guidance on company policies, promotions, and compensation plans.
 * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, business models and compliance guidelines.
 * Process refunds, exchanges, and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
 * Accurately document customer interactions and elevate complex cases to the appropriate department.
 * Assist Brand Partners in navigation back‑office systems and understanding their earnings and orders.
 * Follow company procedures and industry regulations to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
 * Native language speaker or one or more languages.
 * Fluency in spoken and written English.
 * Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in network marketing, direct sales.
 * Strong communication skills.
 * Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
 * Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
