A luxury multi-site hospitality group is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations across three properties. This is a permanent, on-site role requiring strong technical leadership and hands-on expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage all IT operations across multiple sites
* Lead and support a small IT team
* Ensure availability, security, and performance of core hotel systems (PMS, POS, infrastructure)
* Manage networks, servers, virtualisation, backups, and cybersecurity
* Act as escalation point for critical IT issues
* Manage vendors, budgets, licensing, and IT assets
* Support senior management with IT strategy and improvements
* Provide on-site support and occasional out-of-hours cover
Requirements
* 5+ years' IT experience, including senior or management responsibility
* Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, networking, firewalls, virtualisation, and backups
* Experience supporting business-critical systems in a multi-site environment
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
