Overview
AA Euro Group is recruiting experienced Service Engineers for our client, a leading company in the Fuel Industry, based in the Munster region. Successful candidates will report directly to the Head Engineer, who acts as the primary day-to-day coordinator.
Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive service support to customers, including commissioning, servicing, repairs, calibration, and validation of equipment on-site to required specifications.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, carrying out necessary repairs promptly and effectively.
* Accurately complete Service Reports for all work carried out and obtain customer signatures.
* Adhere to all site safety rules and participate in customer site inductions.
* Provide on-site training to both customers and colleagues as required.
* Participate in the on-call rota for after-hours support.
* Maintain clear, effective communication with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
* Produce technical documentation in clear, accurate English when needed.
* Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
* Be available and willing to travel to various client sites within the designated region.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of the responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer, including accountability and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications
* Electrical or Electro-Mechanical certifications/training.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Valid Safe Pass certification.
* Up-to-date Manual Handling certificate.
