Overview
AA Euro Group is recruiting experienced Service Engineers for our client, a leading company in the Fuel Industry, based in the Munster region.
Successful candidates will report directly to the Head Engineer, who acts as the primary day-to-day coordinator.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive service support to customers, including commissioning, servicing, repairs, calibration, and validation of equipment on-site to required specifications.
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, carrying out necessary repairs promptly and effectively.
Accurately complete Service Reports for all work carried out and obtain customer signatures.
Adhere to all site safety rules and participate in customer site inductions.
Provide on-site training to both customers and colleagues as required.
Participate in the on-call rota for after-hours support.
Maintain clear, effective communication with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
Produce technical documentation in clear, accurate English when needed.
Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
Be available and willing to travel to various client sites within the designated region.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer, including accountability and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications
Electrical or Electro-Mechanical certifications/training.
Full, clean driving licence.
Valid Safe Pass certification.
Up-to-date Manual Handling certificate.
