Appropriate Assessment Screenings for Section 48 and 49 Consents
In accordance with:
* Article 6(3) of Directive 92/43/EEC (the Habitats Directive); and
* Regulations 42(1) and 42(2) of the European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 477 of 2011) (as amended).
the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) shall undertake an Appropriate Assessment (AA) Screening in relation to an application for consent under section 48 and section 49 of the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 in respect of construction of a grid connection. Determinations made by the CRU and the associated AA Screening reports are published below.
