About Us:
Joe Norris Motors is a trusted and well-established dealership, known for exceptional service and customer care. While we are a main Peugeot dealer, we also specialise in Citroën, Renault, and Dacia servicing.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our expert workshop technicians. Your role will involve providing top-tier customer service, ensuring smooth operations in our service department, and assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for customers – in person, by phone, and via email.
2. Convert customer inquiries into service bookings.
3. Meet & greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
4. Inspect vehicles and refer to service history to determine necessary work.
5. Accurately record customer details, explain payment options, and confirm collection times.
6. Promote relevant services, parts, and accessories to customers.
7. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service progress and any additional work required.
8. Administer warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines when needed.
9. Help ensure high customer satisfaction scores in line with company standards.
Requirements:
1. Excellent customer service skills with a professional appearance and work ethic.
2. Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry is an advantage but not essential.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
5. A good technical understanding of vehicles.
6. Full clean driver’s license.
7. Knowledge of Pinewood is an advantage but not required.
