About the Role:
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will lead expense planning, analysis, and reporting across countries in the APAC Europe region. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships with country finance teams to understand strategy and operations, analysing and monitoring business unit-level expenses, driving quarterly closing, accruals, and reporting in coordination with local Financial Controllers, leading budget and forecast cycles, delivering consolidated performance commentary to senior leadership, creating intuitive expense dashboards for business leaders, managing indirect expense allocations in partnership with specialist teams, tracking and reporting on the financial impacts of harmonisation and growth initiatives, maintaining COUPA/SAP approval matrix and ensuring timely invoice processing, refining cost centre structures across regional and central teams, and acting as the go-to contact for all expense-related matters in APAC Europe.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled finance professional who can provide strategic insights and drive business outcomes. You will have excellent communication skills, analytical mind, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. A strong understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial systems is essential. Experience with COUPA/SAP is highly desirable.
