This role presents an opportunity to develop/enhance skills such as in-depth knowledge of the business, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency in IT applications.
Key responsibilities include working according to established guidelines, policies, and procedures; delivering exceptional customer service; collaborating with a multi-functional team and supporting all units within the division.
The successful candidate will facilitate and support others in achieving team goals, contribute positively to team development, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change. They will also provide administrative support to supervisors, project leaders, and managers.
Required skills and experience include working knowledge of and competency in IT systems, effective communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer focus, ability to work under tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications required are either a third-level qualification or equivalent work experience.
