About the Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires an organized individual with excellent communication skills. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure seamless policy issuance and renewal processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing, issuing, and processing personal lines insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals.
]
2. Maintain and update client records in our database for accuracy and confidentiality.
]
3. Respond to client inquiries via phone or email regarding policy details, claims, and billing.
]
4. Coordinate with providers to obtain quotes, process endorsements, and resolve discrepancies.
]
5. Support the team in preparing reports and documentation for client meetings.
]
6. Monitor and follow up on outstanding client requirements for timely completion.
]
7. Assist in the claims process by gathering necessary documentation and liaising with relevant contacts.
]
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
]
9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
]
10. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proven track record in office administration.
]
11. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
]
12. Experience using Applied would be advantageous.
]
13. Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

14. Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player with strong attention to detail.
