Key Hotel Leadership Role
This senior position oversees daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments.
* Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
* Provide guidance and support to staff during shifts to maintain exceptional service standards.
* Monitor hotel performance, reporting incidents, maintenance issues, or guest feedback in a timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and licensing requirements.
* Develop and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service, adhering to the hotel's 4-star standards.
* Manage cash handling, banking, and shift handovers according to company policy.
* Communicate effectively with Heads of Department and senior management to ensure efficient operation.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/management role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills with ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Previous experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role.
* Experience in a 4-star property or higher.
* Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS), reservations, and reporting tools.
