We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive store performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop high standards for overall store performance, visual presentation, and merchandising.
2. Ensure every customer interaction is delivered to an exceptional standard.
3. Champion compliance with all operational procedures and health and safety regulations.
4. Lead, support, and develop your team by providing ongoing training, regular feedback, and setting clear expectations for performance and conduct.
5. Monitor and analyse sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and implement improvements where needed.
6. Assign roles and responsibilities based on individual team members' strengths and experience.
7. Manage stock levels, oversee inventory processes, and take full ownership of store budgets and cost control.
8. Drive store targets through strategic workforce planning and performance-based management.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams of 10 or more in a retail environment.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong commercial understanding with a track record in analysing sales and improving store performance.
* Experienced in rota planning and long-term resource management.
* Clear ability to deliver exceptional customer service across the entire team.
* Familiarity with Planograms, including interpretation and implementation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
