Regional Recruitment Coordinator | 12-month contract | €40-45k | Cork City (with regional travel) | Hybrid Your new company Our client is a leading semi-state organisation operating across the South West region. They are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Your new role In this role, you will support high-volume recruitment activity across a wide regional area, acting as a key link between hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates. You will be responsible for CV screening, coordinating interviews, managing vacancy trackers, and ensuring candidate pipelines are progressing efficiently. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple locations, maintaining accurate recruitment data and supporting workforce planning activity. The role will involve managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a high standard of communication and coordination at all times. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience supporting high-volume recruitment or coordination environments and be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. (Experience managing 15+ active roles concurrently with 5-10 different hiring managers.)You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organisational and time-management skills. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking licence and own transport required.
