They serve a broad portfolio of SMEs, sole traders, and limited companies across various industries. The practice is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality bookkeeping services, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the firm's accounting team with client reporting and compliance requirements. The Role: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records for a portfolio of clients Posting and reconciling bank transactions Processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs VAT returns and revenue compliance Preparing management accounts where required Liaising with clients to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills A qualification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., IATI, AAT, or equivalent) is advantageous
