What You'll Do Lead full project lifecycles, from project scoping to installation and customer handover, all within ISO?9001 frameworks. Manage a small multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and oversight to ensure smooth delivery. Design and specify control-system solutions integrating electrical, mechanical and software elements. Plan and segment project phases, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks, delays or deviations. Uphold ISO procedures, engaging with customers throughout pre-, during- and post-project phases. Champion health & safety, following policy, applying common-sense measures, reporting defects, and wearing PPE. Coach and mentor junior staff, supporting their development and delivery. Build strong customer relationships, making sure the clients best interests are always front and centre. Perform any other reasonable duties as needed to support the team and the company. Who You Are A proactive engineer with proven automation and control project experience. Skilled across disciplines comfortable with electrical, mechanical and software design. Familiar with ISO?9001 (or similar) standards, maintaining quality control throughout projects. A confident communicator you can manage client interactions end-to-end and guide internal teams.
