CREGG are hiring a Maintenance Janitor for our manufacturing client in Shannon, Clare.
Day shift – Monday-Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Contract – 3–6 month contract with view of extension
Responsibilities
Lawn cutting and maintenance
Carpark and surrounding hard landscape spot weed control and rubbish/debris collection
Weed control maintenance of small gravelled shrubbery
Footpath and yard power hosing
Oversee/manage related contractor visits
Metal swarf waste bin emptying (forklift required) (forklift training and certification can be provided if necessary)
Waste management i.e. arrange collection of various metal recycling materials and present bins for collection as required
CNC machinery coolant change (sporadic task – training will be provided if a requirement presents)
Manage oil stock – reorder through SLE stores as required
General maintenance related tasks
Requirements
Previous maintenance/ janitorial experience beneficial
Knowledge/ background in a trade
Landscaping experience beneficial
Full driving license
Requirement to move between two sites (within same location)
