Main Responsibilities
* Installation, repair and routine maintenance of HVAC systems across multiple sites.
* Evaluation of HVAC systems and components to assess their condition and recommend preventative maintenance strategies.
* Maintenance record management and site compliance oversight.
* Client support for planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on quality and health & safety standards.
* Effective communication with clients and suppliers to foster business relationships.
* Timely project completion and teamwork skills.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of air conditioning, HVAC and installation techniques.
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Relevant certifications highly desirable.
* Confident individual with excellent communication skills.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Detailed oriented approach and conscientious work ethic.
