About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Process Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the process design of water and wastewater engineering solutions and proposals.
Main Duties
* Working within a multiple disciplinary process engineering team to provide process design solutions in all areas of water and wastewater treatment.
* Preparing and overseeing preliminary and detailed design documents, engineering specifications, and performing calculations in support of water process engineering activities.
* Evaluating and assessing hydraulic designs in conjunction with detailed knowledge and experience of treatment processes.
* Coordinating and scheduling the work of a team of project engineers of varying experience levels to ensure tender delivery and project process treatment design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A qualified engineer in either environmental, chemical or process engineering, or equivalent, with 10 years' experience in municipal water/wastewater treatment.
* Strong data analysis and technical problem-solving capabilities.
* A self-motivated team leader capable of participating within a leadership role with the ability to manage workload to deliver to time, cost, and quality objectives.
* Capacity to connect and develop relationships with equivalent team leaders and operational management within the company and contribute to strategy development and business planning.
