Job Description
We seek a seasoned Network Security Specialist to bolster our security operations.
* Network and security infrastructure will be monitored and managed as part of the SOC team at Level 2 capacity.
* The individual will identify, triage, and respond to security incidents using established processes and tools.
* Email encryption technologies will be utilised to secure communication channels.
* Zscaler Internet Access and Private Access services will be operated and troubleshot.
* Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) will be maintained, configured, and monitored for optimal performance and security.
* A collaborative effort with other internal teams will be required to resolve complex network and security issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a SOC or network security engineering role.
* Strong hands-on experience with email encryption platforms is essential.
* Practical experience configuring and supporting Zscaler technologies is required.
* Proficiency with Web Application Firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, F5, or similar).
* Familiarity with network security monitoring and incident response processes is a must.
