Regional Technical Services Manager
This role involves overseeing the quality of KDP products from manufacture to delivery.
* Maintain standards and guidelines with manufacturing partners.
* Develop training programs for quality expectations, production guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
* Analyze data to identify potential issues and investigate out-of-standard problems.
* Work with manufacturers to validate results, determine issue scope, identify causes, and propose corrective actions.
* Support new product/package launches and marketing initiatives.
The Regional Technical Services Manager is responsible for ensuring timely market entry within quality guidelines. They provide value-added services to bottlers, including in-plant laboratory training, sanitation/microbiological training, manufacturing support, trade age management training, and continuous improvement programs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement strategies for achieving high-quality products as delivered to consumers.
* Maintain bottler information management systems and communicate effectively.
* Practice trade age management philosophy and monitor performance of products in the marketplace.
* Manage region within established parameters.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and diplomacy. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
