A Digital Learning Specialist is required to support frontline teams with training and development.

The Impact You Will Make

This role focuses on developing functional & practical training content for curriculum across various teams. This will include content in both new hire curriculum and in response to adapting to organizational changes, company-wide release events, and other initiatives. Success in this role will be measured by the efficiency of the design process, quality and effectiveness of the learning content created, as well as learner feedback and engagement metrics.



Your Expertise
* We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience as an instructional designer or developer in a business context. Experience working with customer support audiences is highly desirable. ;

* You should have exceptional written communication skills with an emphasis on accuracy & ability to adapt different styles & tones, and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while delivering high-quality results. ;
