The Job
We’re looking for a Weekend Shift Supervisor to take charge of the MCPH operation during weekends. You’ll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly – production is on track, targets are hit, and standards stay high.
Working 2 x 10 hour shifts, this is a hands‑on role where you’ll be leading a team, solving problems, and keeping things moving. If you enjoy working with people, staying organised, and pushing for improvements, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Performance
* Keep production on schedule
* Make sure the team is working safely and efficiently
* Support maintenance so machines keep running
* Cut downtime and hit performance targets

* Keep the workplace clean and safe to the highest standards
* Support inspections and fix any issues quickly

* Manage staff levels and overtime
* Help reduce costs while keeping standards high

* Follow all company policies and safety rules
* Stay on top of reporting and paperwork

What You’ll Need
* 3+ years’ experience in food production or FMCG (essential)
* Previous supervisor or management experience (a plus, but not required)
* Poultry industry experience (a plus, but not required)
* Good communication and people skills
* Comfortable with computers (Word & Excel)
* Organised, decisive, and able to get things done
