Marketing Manager Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to spearhead our marketing strategy and execution.
About the Job
* This is a hands-on role that requires a strong focus on digital performance, content, and e-commerce.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement our marketing strategy across digital, brand, and retail channels.
* Lead monthly marketing planning meetings and ensure campaigns are aligned across email, ads, content, product, and retail.
* Manage and report on marketing performance, KPIs, and insights to stakeholders.
Digital Marketing & Performance
* Set up, manage, and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok ads directly.
* Build full-funnel campaigns and analyze CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV to drive efficient growth.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
* Own all flows and campaigns, including welcome, abandoned cart, retention, subscription, and product drops.
* Plan and write high-converting emails that align with wider campaigns and customer journey goals.
Social Media & Content
* Manage Instagram and TikTok, planning, creating, and posting content consistently.
* Produce a significant portion of the content yourself, including filming, editing, and writing copy as needed.
Content Production
* Plan and lead quarterly content shoots, including creative direction, location scouting, photographers, shot lists, props, and post-shoot asset management.
* Ensure we have on-brand, high-quality assets for use across ads, social media, email, and product pages.
Brand & Creative
* Work closely with stakeholders to shape and evolve our brand, including visuals, tone, campaigns, and copy.
* Ensure everything we put out feels cohesive and on-brand.
Retail Marketing & Events
* Attend and help run trade shows, consumer events, and tastings, particularly as we expand into new markets.
* Think creatively about how to bring our brand to life in physical spaces.
E-commerce & Optimisation
* Own the performance of our Shopify site, improving conversion, layout, and user flow.
* Apply best practices in CRO and SEO to enhance product discoverability and site performance.
