An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Customer Service focused individual to step into a more advanced role as a Operations Executive with a leading organisation for the French Market.
About the Role:
This 6-month position is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in operations and customer service. You’ll be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints, analysing trends, and helping to improve customer experience—particularly in the French market, so fluency in French is essential.
The role offers a balanced mix of complaints resolution and customer service responsibilities (roughly 50/50), requiring someone who is both analytical and customer-focused.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an Operations Executive or similar role.
* Strong background in complaints management and resolution.
* Familiarity with claims handling processes.
* Fluent French speaker, comfortable engaging with French-speaking customers.
* Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute during times of change.
