Position: Night Cleaner Part-time

Duties include:
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the restaurant.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
* Daily Cleaning duties following the HACCP cleaning checklist
* Cleaning Duties include emptying of bins, vacuuming and washing floors and surfaces, Toilet area cleaning, dusting and cleaning of window ledges, rails, skirting, glass panels, mirrors, and chrome.
* Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and promptly to the required standards and comply with all legal requirements relative to Health and Safety.
* Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
* Adhere to duties assigned by Supervisor/ Manager.
* Carry out assigned checks.
* Replenish supplies to all dispensers around the restaurant
* Use cleaning materials appropriately, as per safety guidelines and SOPs
* Ensure all waste is disposed of in the correct containers/skips and relevant information is recorded.
