Customer Assistant - Food - Douglas at Marks and Spencer
Work Pattern
Saturday 09:30-18:30 (up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December).
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers, helping us continually improve.
Key Responsibilities
 * Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
 * Maintain a clean, tidy store and ensure shelves are always stocked.
 * Monitor and meet daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and opportunities.
 * Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
 * Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend food products and services.
 * Receive training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
