Role Overview
As the Director of Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Wayflyer’s growth. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will lead a global team responsible for strategic planning, performance reporting, GTM program management, revenue operations, and enablement. This role requires a leader capable of developing scalable strategies, optimizing business performance, and driving operational excellence across our go-to-market functions.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Analytics Engineers and Data Analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
* Develop and execute the data analytics roadmap aligned with Wayflyer’s business objectives.
* Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our data warehouse, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
* Champion best practices in data analytics and engineering, continuously seeking process improvements.
* Communicate complex data insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* 6+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields, with at least 2+ years in leadership roles.
* Proficiency in SQL, dbt, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Omni.
* Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with data warehouses.
* Experience using dbt for data transformation and modeling.
* Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to partner with business teams.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; FinTech or eCommerce experience is a plus.
