Barden has beenexclusivelyengaged to identify a qualified accountant to join the manufacturing site of a well-knownFMCG company, as aSenior Management Accountant.This role will suit a qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant, with manufacturing experience, who is keen to step up into a more Senior role, and further develop experience in business partnering and FP&A.THE ROLE:Business partner to the wider business - finance and non-finance people;Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts;Presenting to shareholders;Identifying process improvements;Carrying out financial analysis and getting involved in ad-hoc projects.THE PERSON:Qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA;Manufacturing or FMCG would be an advantage;Cost accounting or management accounting experience would be an advantage;Strong analytical skills;Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation.
