Job Purpose:
You will assist the Manager with the day to day operation of the hot and cold deli's and the fresh food offering on site. You will assist the Manager in ensuring delivery of all delicatessen and fresh food targets through the effective management of the deli and bakery area and it's personnel.

What do we expect from you:
* Deliver great Customer Service on every shift
* At least 2 years in a similar role preferable
* Ensure the deli area provides a fresh, well presented and of the highest quality foods at all times of the day whilst operational
* Involved in the training and cross training of effective and efficient customer focused personnel whilst following company standards and policies
* Ensure deli standards are consistently improving in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, presentation and customer care
* Plan for market changes and demands as they arise - seasonality and local activity
* Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in the appropriate manner
* Ensure HACCP standards are implemented and record sheets are maintained according to requirements
* Ensure overall customer service levels within the area are maintained at the required standard, and upselling of add on items where possible
* Assist in managing and planning the internal cleaning program to consistently meet QSC requirements
* Assist with food ordering from approved suppliers to meet deli requirements
* Ensure overheads are controlled and minimised where appropriate through effective management of the area
* Promote sales within the deli area and achieve sales targets as established by the store manager

Pay: €13.50-€16.00 per hour
