Overall Job PurposeTo plan, create, and manage engaging social media content and digital marketing campaigns across all platforms for Talbot Hotel Carlow and its associated venues - The Dome, Talbot Fitness, and Talbot Padel Club. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving engagement, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.Role Specific DutiesPlan and execute content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.Create engaging multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics, captions) that reflects the brand identity of each business unit.Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager on digital campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media activities using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights.Actively engage with followers, influencers, and local businesses to enhance brand presence and relationships.Coordinate campaigns that promote hotel offers, events at The Dome, fitness memberships, and Padel Club activities.Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights.Work closely with the wider Sales & Marketing team to align digital content with offline marketing activities.Liaise with operations teams in the Hotel, Dome, Fitness Centre, and Padel Club for promotional opportunities.Support photography and videography shoots and manage digital assets.Requirements:Strong creative, writing, and communication skills with a passion for storytelling.Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Enthusiastic, proactive, and professional - a positive ambassador for Talbot Hotel Carlow and The Talbot Collection.Talbot Hotel Carlow is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
