This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Early Years Programme Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting management in the development of a quality programme, while building positive relationships with parents, children, and families.

* Candidates must have computer knowledge and be fluent in English.
* A strong organizational skillset is essential, along with the ability to work alongside our current management structure to ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
* The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working with diverse teams and have a deep understanding of the developmental ages and stages of children from 4 months to 8 years old.
* They will also possess a strong knowledge of Aistear and Siolta (Early Years Curriculum) and have proven skills in implementing these curricula within a team setting.
Benefits
* This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, spread across 5 days.

Requirements
* a minimum QQI Level 6 qualification;
* three years' minimum experience in a related field.
