About Us
Dedalus Aviation Services is an EASA Part-145 approved organisation providing high-quality line and base maintenance services to international airlines. With expanding operations across Europe and beyond, we are strengthening our Planning & Production Control team to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient maintenance delivery.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Planner
to coordinate and control maintenance activities across our network. The successful candidate will ensure manpower, tooling, facilities, and spares are effectively planned to meet client requirements, while ensuring compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and control maintenance work orders and schedules.
* Estimate, monitor, and optimise man-hour requirements.
* Validate and manage maintenance data to ensure compliance with current revisions.
* Coordinate with logistics for tooling and material availability.
* Create and manage visit plans, work packages, and non-routine task control.
* Maintain accurate planning records in line with company procedures.
* Liaise with CAMO, clients, and internal teams to ensure project feasibility.
* Provide progress, capacity, and performance reports to management.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance planning in a Part-145 or CAMO environment.
* Solid knowledge of
EASA Part-145 and Part-CAMO
requirements.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Confident communicator, able to coordinate across technical and client teams.
* Proficiency with maintenance planning systems and IT tools.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational priorities.
