You will work within a highly collaborative team that includes Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other allied health professionals.About the RolesSenior Occupational TherapistSenior OTs take alead clinical role, providing advanced expertise within the Assessment of Need (AON) process, supporting MDT decision-making, supervising junior clinicians, and contributing to bespoke OT projects. This role requires strong clinical reasoning, the ability to manage complex cases, and experience guiding service improvements.Staff Grade Occupational TherapistStaff Grade OTs contribute to high-quality OT assessments, participate in MDT discussions, and provide intervention where appropriate.
