Lead Sales Manager for Outbound Success

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute on our comprehensive market sales strategy to maximize sales conversion, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results
• Optimize pipeline handling processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates while ensuring a seamless merchant experience
• Work closely with marketing, customer success, product, and partner teams to refine outbound opportunity inventory, qualification, and nurturing strategies
• Utilize data-driven insights and sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average deal size, sales performance, and pipeline velocity) to measure success and implement continuous improvements
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record in outbound sales or inside sales
Proven experience in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce is a plus
Fluent English language skills required
