Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Dublin City Centre On-site, Monday to Friday
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant for a global luxury retail group headquartered in beautifully refurbished offices in the heart of Dublin city centre. This is a rare opportunity to support the Managing Director directly, working face-to-face with senior leaders across some of the world’s most recognisable luxury brands.
The Role
This is not a personal assistant role. You’ll be the MD’s right hand—preparing his day, managing priorities, and ensuring he’s in the right place at the right time, fully briefed and ready. You’ll also support the wider Board and Leadership team with classic EA responsibilities in a fast-paced but close-knit and genuinely fun environment.
Responsibilities
* Daily 1:1s with the Managing Director to brief, prioritise, and plan
* Inbox management: flagging urgent comms, tracking responses, and following up
* Diary and travel management
* Preparing presentations, reports, and Board-level documentation
* Supporting key visitors and representing the company as the first point of contact for senior external stakeholders
* Expenses, office purchasing, note-taking, and coordination for Board meetings
* Managing WhatsApp and Teams groups used for fast internal communication
Who We’re Looking For
* Impeccably presented and confident representing the brand at the highest levels
* Proven Executive Assistant experience in a high-profile, fast-moving organisation
* Unflappable, highly organised, and a natural problem solver
* Strong experience with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and (ideally) managing professional WhatsApp groups
* A natural communicator who can work closely with senior executives but is equally comfortable helping the wider team
